This session will provide school psychologists with the information and tools they need to become leaders in their schools in cultivating a growth mindset culture. Specifically, participants will be provided background on mindset; research on the relationship between mindset, motivation, and academic achievement; a chance to identify their own mindsets; and specific strategies for promoting growth mindsets with their students and in their schools.
