Description:
The presentation will consist of a PowerPoint with interactive questioning. Participants will
- understand that conflict is not based on objective reality, but on a person’s interpretation of that reality;
- identify five styles of conflict resolution and when to use each;
- learn how to effectively present information to adults to minimize defensiveness;
- identify eight sources of power and how to use them;
- identify four components of a genuine apology; and
- identify nine steps to facilitate forgiveness.
