School psychologists are confronted daily with an ever-changing labyrinth of federal and state regulatory pitfalls relating to special education and Section 504 accommodation. This workshop, delivered by a school law practitioner with decades of school district legal counseling, who has litigated special education and Section 504 disputes in six different states, will present plain-spoken, battle tested best practice suggestions for compliant special education delivery and handling of difficult special education issues.
