PI031: Examination of Impacts of Discrimination for LGBTQ School Psychologists

The aim of this presentation is to examine the gap in research surrounding the experience of LGBTQ school psychologists and the impact on job performance. Attendees will be provided with discussion opportunities surrounding the possible discrimination this population may encounter and the potential barriers that may affect the delivery of services. This session will be relevant to LGBTQ school psychologists and those who work with this population.
