School psychology leadership will present the history of the profession’s involvement and contributions in the development, promotion, and implementation of children’s rights. The ethical, policy, research and practice implications of child rights for school psychology will be explored. Opportunities for pre-service and continuing education in children’s rights will be described. This session is sponsored by the Convention Committee.
