MS003: School Psychology Specific Supervision Skills-Developmental Ecological Problem-solving Model

A school psychology specific supervision model offers a practical guiding framework for the supervisory experience, defining supervisor tasks and essential skills. Case illustrations, training exercises, and discussion will examine skills for establishing and monitoring an effective supervisory relationship, goal setting and progress monitoring, feedback and evaluation, case conceptualization, and problem-solving. Participants will learn supervisory strategies to address the complexity of contemporary school psychology practice.
