Wednesday, February 19, 2014 2:30 PM–3:20 PM

Description:

Relational aggression often goes unidentified within schools. When this type of aggression occurs, both victims and perpetrators are at risk for developing psychological and social emotional distress. To demonstrate the importance of addressing relational aggression, this presentation discusses definitions, characteristics, types, and risk factors of relational aggression as found within the literature. Participants will learn skills for implementing an evidence-based intervention for prevention and remediation.
