MS026: Using an Efficient System for Assisting Struggling Learners

Wednesday, February 19, 2014 8:00 AM–9:50 AM

Description:

This presentation describes a system of instructional problem-solving that aims to maximize educators’ time and resources during the process of improving students’ reading, writing, and/or math. The system can supplement and enhance nearly any school’s existing model of support, including models such as RTI, professional learning communities, and pre-referral intervention teams. Attendees will learn how to use the central feature of the system and how the overall model can be feasibly used and sustained.
