PA069: Employment Satisfaction Among School Psychologists

The present study aims to empirically investigate several demographic and contextual variables that likely contribute to job satisfaction among school psychologists practicing in New York State. Data was collected through an emailed version of the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and selected demographic questions. This survey research will be used to evaluate current levels of satisfaction in effort expand on the knowledge base about how to best employ and retain highly qualified professionals in the field.
