PA099: An Analysis of Language for Preschoolers with Autism Spectrum Disorder

This study investigates the communication development in children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) who attended an integrated preschool. Using a correlative analysis, qualitative changes in language skills based on standard assessment measures using the Psychoeducational Profile-Third Edition and the Communication and Symbolic Behavior System- Normed Edition were associated with changes in a quantitative measure of language using the Language Environment Analysis system.
