MS049: Anger Regulation and Expression Scale: An Applied Approach

Participants will be introduced to the Anger Regulation and Expression Scale (ARES). Theories of anger and aggression, emotion domains, development, key psychometric properties, content, administration, scoring options and interpretation will be examined. Intervention planning and response monitoring will be discussed. Relevant case studies will be presented to increase applied awareness of the ARES. Participants will receive copies of ARES forms, computer reports and various related handouts.
