SY004: New Legal and Ethical Challenges in Contemporary School Psychology Practice

Shifts in practice are frequently tested in the legal system and it becomes imperative to examine court rulings and identify their effects on continued practice in all areas that encompass school psychology, including but not limited to assessment, response to intervention, counseling, and supervision. The presenters will offer a comprehensive review of the latest court cases as they involve professional practice, as well as their implications in the daily practice of school psychological services.
