PI026: Beyond Flying by the Seat of Your Pants Supervision

Supervision is an integral domain of training and practice. The purpose of this presentation is to discuss and explore the development of supervisor competence of school psychologists in training or practice. Novice, intermediate, and advanced practitioners will gain knowledge about supervision, training, and implications for practice. Participants will be encouraged to share their unique experiences as supervisees or supervisors. Participants will leave the presentation with practical suggestions and resources for future supervision competency.
