SY028: School Psychology Faculty Preparing Principals to Lead PreK-12 MTSS-RtI Schools

School psychologists in higher education faculty positions teamed within and across institutions to redesign principal preparation programs as part of a four-institution, grant-funded redesign pilot so school leaders can lead MTSS-RtI programs successfully. The collaborative process to change institutional program development cultures will be described, as well as redesign processes, such as delivering and evaluating all aspects of candidate selection, program and course development and sequence, and arrangement of field experiences including a comprehensive internship.
